Our office is tucked away in 131/1 Vighnahar Soc, which most people know because it's right near the Warje Telephone Exchange in Pune. It’s a busy little area around Labde Park. We spend most of our mornings here dealing with structural engineering stuff, mostly looking at drawings and calculating how much steel or concrete a building needs. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. Just some old desks, a couple of computers that sometimes run slow, and stacks of site reports that need checking. Most of the guys are usually out at different sites around Pune, making sure things are being built right, but this is where all the planning happens. If you walk past, you might hear us arguing about some measurement or the other. We’ve been in Warje for quite a bit now. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much during peak hours, so we try to get most of our site visits done early. It’s just us doing the daily work of making sure buildings stand up straight. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the only thing keeping us going during a long afternoon. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. Most people just find us through word of mouth or see the sign when they are heading towards the exchange. It's practical work for practical people who just want their projects to move forward without any big drama or fuss.
