Shashank Bivalkar Architect & Interior Designer is located in Sarita Nagari Phase 1. Specifically, we’re in Office No 2, Building No F 10, in the Parijat Building within the Konark Nagar Society in Parvati. It’s a bit of a long address to write out, and it’s just as specific when you’re trying to find us for the first time. Our office is a busy little place. We’ve got catalogs for every kind of laminate and paint color you can imagine, and they’re usually spread out over every available surface. The society is quiet, which helps when we need to focus on a complicated floor plan. We have a small table for meetings, but it’s mostly used for holding stacks of site drawings and half-eaten packets of biscuits. We don’t have a glossy brochure or a sales team. It’s just us, sitting at our desks, working through the details of whatever project is on the board. The chairs are comfortable enough for long hours, and the lighting is just okay. We deal with the usual office stuff like a printer that runs out of ink at the worst time and a door that squeaks every time someone enters. It’s a very normal, practical environment. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure the measurements are right and the materials make sense for the space. That is the main thing we do here.
