Seema Clinic

Seema Clinic sits on the Yerwada Gidc Main Road at S No 10. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic and the trucks moving through the industrial area, so we are always wiping down the windows and the front counter. The location is very convenient for the people who work in the Gidc, as they can just drop in on their way home. It’s a simple building with a solid door that keeps out most of the road noise once you’re inside. The waiting area has a few benches that are sturdy enough, and we usually have a local newspaper sitting there for people to read. The lighting inside is a bit yellow, giving it a warm feel even when it’s raining outside. We don’t have any high-tech gadgets in the lobby, just a calendar and a clock that’s about five minutes fast. Most days it’s just the usual routine of seeing patients and filling out forms by hand. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often see them passing by the window. It’s a very grounded sort of place where we focus on the task at hand without any extra fuss. The floor is easy to clean, which is good because of all the boots that come through here. We just open up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and lock up when the sun starts to go down over Yerwada.
