Scope T&M Pvt Ltd is located over at El 31/11 in the J Block of MIDC Bhosari. This is in the industrial heart of the area. If you’ve ever been to Bhosari, you know it’s filled with manufacturing and engineering firms. Our building is a standard industrial unit. We have some space for the technical work and some for the administrative stuff. It’s not a flashy place, just a lot of concrete and metal like the rest of the neighborhood. We spend our days dealing with testing and measurement equipment. That means there are always gadgets and wires laying around on the worktables. The staff here is mostly local, and we’ve all gotten used to the rhythm of the MIDC. The sounds of machinery from the units next door are like background music to us now. We don't have a fancy reception desk. Usually, if someone comes by, one of us just looks up from whatever we are working on to help them. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the equipment is working like it should. We’ve been here for a while and have a steady routine. It's just a regular group of people doing technical work in a busy part of Pune. We don't try to be anything more than that. It works for us. We just keep the testing going throughout the week and handle whatever comes our way. It is a simple life.
