Our business is set up at 5 Lokmanya Nagar Main Road, right inside the Sohan Housing Society. We’re very close to the Rajendra Nagar Bus Stop, so it’s easy for people to find us if they’re coming by public transport. We started out small and have just kept going from this same spot. It’s a bit of a mix here, with homes and businesses all together. Our space is functional and simple. We don't have any big signs or posters everywhere. We mostly deal with local clients and people who have heard about us through word of mouth. The daily routine is pretty basic. We come in, check what needs to be done, and get to it. Sometimes the main road gets quite busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. It feels like a neighborhood business because we know the people around here. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. We just want to do our work well and keep things moving. There’s always something to fix or organize, which keeps us busy. We don’t use any complicated systems, just regular ways of doing things that have worked for us over the years. It’s a quiet, steady kind of operation and we plan on keeping it that way for the foreseeable future. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to be helpful.
