We are located in Mahadev Nagar at Shrirang Sanmitra Colony No 2, right off Manjari Road. If you know the area, it's out toward the edge of Pune where things are still growing and changing. Our office is a straightforward setup in a residential-looking building. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we handle all the Sbem business for this side of town. The commute on Manjari Road can be a real pain during peak hours because of all the construction and the narrow lanes, so we usually try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. The office itself is nothing special to look at. We have some wooden desks that have been around since we started and the walls are covered with various calendars and project notes. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters, which suits us just fine. There’s a small balcony where some of the guys go to take a phone call or just get a bit of fresh air. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call, you just talk to one of us who is actually doing the work. It’s a simple way to run things, and it helps us stay focused on what needs to be done every day. We just try to keep things moving along without any fuss or unnecessary bother.
