Savani Transport

Being right on Chinchwad Main Road means there is never a dull moment for us. The traffic is constant, and we can hear the buses and bikes going past all day long. Savani Transport has been operating from this stretch of the road for a long time. Our office is right where all the action happens. We have a lot of regular drivers who stop in to check their daily schedules or just to have a quick chat. It involves a lot of paperwork, honestly. We have stacks of forms and logs sitting on almost every flat surface in the room. The floor is a bit scuffed from all the heavy boots walking through. We do not have air conditioning, just a couple of big ceiling fans that hum from morning until night. When it rains, the sound on the metal roof is so loud that we have to shout over the phone to be heard. But we like being in Chinchwad. It is a busy area and it feels like we are in the heart of the local industry. We do not have a fancy website; people just know where we are located. We have a small wooden bench outside where the staff takes their breaks. Usually, there is someone eating a snack or talking about the latest road closures or weather. It is a very honest way to make a living. We just make sure the items get loaded and sent off to where they belong.
