Sathe and Sathe is located over in the MIDC area of Bhosari, specifically on Gultekadi Market Yard Road. It's an industrial part of town, so things are usually moving pretty fast around here with trucks and workers everywhere. We’ve been set up in S Block for quite some time. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we get the work done. Being near the market yard means there is always noise and activity, but that’s just how this area is. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily tasks that come with being in an industrial zone. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people who come through the door. Some days are longer than others, especially when there's a backlog of things to sort out. We don’t really go in for flashy signs or anything like that. People mostly know where we are because we’ve been at this address for years. The sun hits the building hard in the afternoon, so we keep the fans going. It’s just me and the rest of the team keeping things moving. We take our lunch breaks when we can find a quiet moment at a local stall. It's a straightforward operation here at Sathe and Sathe. We focus on the jobs we have in front of us and try to stay on top of everything. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't used to the traffic.
