Sassoon Hospitals

Sassoon Hospitals is located at D-25 Shanti Kunj on 4 Sadhu Vaswani Road. We are directly opposite the G P O, which makes us very easy to find. Shanti Kunj is a well-known spot in this area. The road outside is usually quite busy because the post office brings in so many people all day. We are in a building that has been part of the landscape for a long time. It has a bit of an older style to it. When you walk in, it feels like a place that has seen a lot of history. There are trees along the road that give some shade, but the noise of the traffic is always there. The interior isn’t something out of a magazine. It’s just functional. We have our desks and the medical equipment where they need to be. The staff knows the layout by heart, even if it’s a bit cramped in some of the back rooms. Being near the GPO is handy for everyone. You can see the post office vans coming and going from our front windows. The floors are stone and they stay relatively cool in the summer. We don’t have a fancy reception desk with a huge logo. It’s just a counter where you talk to whoever is on duty. It’s a very honest kind of place. We just do our jobs and help the people who come in from the Sadhu Vaswani Road area. It’s a busy, working part of the city.
