Sash Agro Industries Llp is based over at Jijabhau Shankar Thorat’s place in Manchar. We are located in the Ambegaon area, focusing on the agro side of things. It might be an LLP on paper, but it feels more like a family business day-to-day. We are not big city folks. Our focus is simply on the agricultural work that has been part of this region for generations. If you go near the post area in Manchar, you will find us easily. Mornings are usually spent looking at the crops, while afternoons are for dealing with the heavy lifting and logistics. It gets pretty dusty out here in the fields. Jijabhau is the one who keeps everything running on schedule. We don't have a marketing team or any fancy slogans. We just list what needs to be done and we do it. Local farmers know where to find us. We take the produce and figure out the best place for it to go. Sometimes the equipment breaks down or the trucks are late, but that’s just how it is. It is hard to describe to outsiders how much effort goes into a single harvest season. We just keep our heads down and work. It is a simple life in Manchar. We are trying to build something that lasts for our kids here in Ambegaon. No big speeches are needed, just plain old work on the land. We take the good days with the bad ones and keep going.
