Sarode Hospital

We are located at 96 Ramali in the Shirur area, specifically around Gehodnads. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the address sometimes, but locals know where Gehodnads is. Sarode Hospital has been part of this Shirur neighborhood for a while now. The building sits there on the street, and we see the same people walking past every morning. Sometimes the weather is dry and dusty, and other times it’s pouring down, but we are always here inside. The front door sticks a little bit when it rains, so you have to give it a good push. Inside, it’s just a regular setup. We have desks, some medical equipment, and plenty of files stacked up because we still like having things on paper. It gets quite busy during the middle of the week. We try to keep the floors clean, but with people coming in from the Shirur roads, it is a constant job. There’s a small space where we keep our bags and have tea. The lighting is okay, though one of the bulbs in the hallway flickers occasionally. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or modern. It’s just Sarode Hospital, a place where we work and where people come when they need to. It feels like home to us after all these years. We know which floorboards creak and where the best breeze comes through the window.
