Flat No. 12 in Building A-3 at Indira Park is where you will find Santosh Namdeo. It is on Nagar Road in Yerwada, which most people in Pune know is a pretty busy area. The traffic outside can be a real headache, especially during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get somewhere at once. We have been in this spot for some time now, and the building has started to show its age a little, but it is home for the business. Inside, it is just a normal office space with desks, some chairs, and a lot of files that seem to pile up no matter how much we clean. We do not have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, if the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We deal with people from all over the city, but we like the local feel of being in Yerwada. It feels like a real community where people actually know their neighbors. Santosh Namdeo is not trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to do our work properly and go home to our families in the evening. Some days are busier than others, and sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on.
