Sangam Hair Dresses

We’ve been here in Gujarat Colony for quite a long time now. You’ll find us right near Vardhan Press in Kothrud. It’s just a small place where people from the neighborhood come to get their hair cut or a quick shave before work starts. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when everyone is rushing, but in the afternoons it gets a bit quieter. We have a few chairs set up and some old mirrors that have seen many faces over the years. Some people have been coming to Sangam Hair Dresses since they were kids and now they bring their own children along. We don’t do anything fancy, just the basic stuff that keeps people looking tidy. The shop stays open most days and there is always a bit of talk about what is happening in Pune or the local news. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but nobody really minds it. We just focus on the job and make sure nobody is waiting too long on the bench outside. It’s a simple setup with a few combs, scissors, and the usual sprays. You know how it is with these local shops, everyone knows everyone else. It is just a part of the daily routine here near the press. We try to keep the place clean, though hair tends to get everywhere when it is busy. Just a normal barber shop in a busy corner of Kothrud.
