Sam'S Agromech India Private Limited

Being based in Pune is a bit different from the village-based companies. Sam'S Agromech India Private Limited is located at Adi Regency in the S No.108/1S area, right near Nirankat Bhavan. Pune-411017 is a busy place, and the traffic outside our building is always humming. We are on the third floor, in flat B/303. It is a regular office space, nothing too flashy, but it is where we handle the agromech side of things. We focus more on the tools and machines that farmers need, which is a bit different from just growing crops. Some of us come from farming backgrounds, so we know how frustrating it is when a machine breaks down in the middle of a job. That is why we started this. The office is often full of catalogs and technical drawings, and there is usually a pot of tea going. We are not a giant factory; we are just a small team trying to bridge the gap between technology and the actual field. Living and working in Pune means everything is fast-paced, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. We do not have corporate slogans or anything like that. We just talk to people, see what equipment they need, and try to get it to them. It is a lot of coordination and phone calls, but we like being part of the agricultural community. It is a lot of technical talk and paperwork.
