Samrat Mens Parlour

You can find Samrat Mens Parlour at Shop Number 7 in the Padmawati Housing Society. We are on Balaji Nagar Road in the Dhankawadi area of Pune. The shop is right opposite the Jain Mandir, which is a very easy landmark for everyone in the neighborhood. We have a few chairs and big mirrors, and the radio is usually playing some music in the background to keep things lively. It is a place where the local men come to get a haircut or a clean shave. We aren't a fancy spa with expensive scents and soft lighting. We just have good scissors, sharp razors, and a bit of talcum powder. Usually, there is someone waiting on the bench reading the newspaper or talking about the latest cricket match while they wait their turn. The shop is small, so it feels quite personal. We know most of our customers by name because they have been coming here since they were kids. Sometimes the kids come in with their fathers, and then later they come in on their own. We see the whole community pass through our door. The area around Padmawati society is always active, especially in the evenings when people are out for walks near the temple. We keep the shop clean, sweep up the hair after every cut, and make sure the towels are fresh. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until night.
