Our clinic is inside Plot No 22, which is the Harideep Bunglow. We are on the first floor. This is in the Kanifnath Society in Sasane Nagar, which is a residential part of Hadapsar. Being near Kale Colony makes it easier for people to give directions to their friends. Since we are in a bungalow, it doesn't feel like a cold, sterile office. You have to walk up the stairs to the first floor to reach us. The rooms have that homey feeling with regular windows that let in the breeze from the society gardens. We have the yoga mats rolled up in one corner and the herb cabinets in the other. The staff usually starts the day by tidying up the mats and making sure the consultation table is clear of yesterday's notes. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, except for the usual sounds of kids playing or the occasional car driving through the society gates. We spend a lot of time talking to the people who stop by, many of whom live just a few streets away in Hadapsar. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We have some wooden chairs and a small bench for waiting. It’s just a local spot where we focus on our work without any pretense. The walls have a few simple posters about anatomy, and we keep the windows open when the weather is nice to let the fresh air in while we work.
