Our day usually starts early with phone calls and checking on various project sites. We handle a lot of the typical contracting work that needs to be done around this part of town. The office is full of blueprints, old files, and probably too many pens that don't work. We are engineers by trade, so we spend a lot of time looking at plans and making sure things are being built the right way. Navi Peth is a nice, established area to work in, and being at 96 D 2 puts us right where we need to be. We aren't one of those massive firms with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller team here, which means we actually know what’s happening at every site. We deal with suppliers, laborers, and clients every single day. Some days things go smooth, and other days we’re dealing with delays or material issues, but that’s just the nature of construction. We don’t try to make it sound more glamorous than it is. It’s hard work, getting our hands dirty, and making sure the structures are solid. We’ve stayed in business by just being reliable and showing up to the job site every day.
