The place we work from is out on the road that connects Khed to Pabal. Our building is at Plot No. 1-19, within Gat No. 1898 in Kanersar, Khed. It’s a bit of a drive from the city, out in the Saidabad area. Being out here means we have a lot of space, which is necessary for the mechatronics work we do. The facility is more of a technical workshop and assembly area than a traditional office. It’s usually filled with the sounds of machinery and testing equipment. We deal with mechanical and electronic parts, so there are always tools and components lying around the worktables. It can get a bit dusty out here on the Khed-Pabal road, but we don't mind it much. We’ve been at this location because it allows us to have the layout we need for the equipment. The team is made up of people who actually enjoy working with their hands and seeing how things fit together. We don't have any polished floors or fancy meeting rooms. Our meetings usually happen standing up around a machine or at a simple table in the corner. It’s a very practical environment. We spend our days troubleshooting and putting things together. It’s a quiet part of the region, except for the noise we make inside the plant. We just keep to our work and make sure the parts are ready when they need to be for the next stage.
