Avan Services

Avan Services is located over at Sarita Apartments in Kasarwadi. If you know the area, you know we are in the B Wing, specifically Flat No. 9. It’s not a big corporate building or anything. It is just where we run things from. Most days start with the sound of the traffic outside and the usual neighborhood noise. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. The flat is usually filled with the stuff we need for our daily tasks. It gets a bit crowded sometimes, but we manage. Kasarwadi is a decent place to be based. It’s easy enough for people to get to, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the peak hours. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or a big lobby. You just come up to the flat. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just sorting through whatever work has come in that morning. It’s practical work. We don’t really go in for big speeches or anything like that. We just do the job that’s in front of us. Sometimes the days are long, especially when there is a lot of back and forth. But that’s just how it is running a small place like this. We like the local feel of the apartment complex. It feels like being part of the community rather than just an office in a box.
