Demais Innovation

Demais Innovation is located right at Hotel Landewadi in the Bhosari area. It is an interesting place to work from because there are always travelers and workers passing through the hotel. Bhosari is a very industrious part of the region, so there is a lot of energy and movement around here all the time. We have a small space where we do our thinking and work on our projects. It is not your typical office building with a reception desk. Sometimes we meet people in the hotel lobby or just work from our desks with the sound of the city outside. Being near the hotel means we have access to things we might not have in a standalone building. We deal with innovation, which basically means we are always trying to figure out new ways to do things or fixing problems that come up. It is a lot of trial and error. Some days we don't make much progress at all, and other days things just click. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just show up and put in the hours. The area can be quite noisy with the traffic from Landewadi, but you get used to it after a while. We are just a small group of people trying to build something useful from our little spot in Bhosari. It is a simple setup and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks.
