Sai Shree Annamalaiar Traders

Our shop is right there at Gat No. 648 on Pune Nagar Road in Wagholi. If you know the area, you probably know the Santosh Hotel across from us. We are in the Shivba Niwas building. Most days it’s just a lot of loading and unloading for Sai Shree Annamalaiar Traders. The traffic on Pune Nagar Road can be a real headache so we try to get most of our heavy work done before the main rush starts. Inside the shop there is a bit of everything and it isn't always perfectly organized but we manage to find what the customers are asking for. It’s a family kind of atmosphere and we usually have some tea going in the back. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. Just a few of us making sure things get where they need to go. Wagholi has grown so fast and it’s much busier than when we first got here. The dust from the road comes in sometimes but that’s part of being in this spot. We spend a lot of time talking to the drivers and the locals who stop by. It’s practical work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We just keep the doors open and keep the stock moving through the day and into the evening.
