Sai Mens Parlour

Sai Mens Parlour is located at Girijashankar Vihar, Shop No 54, right on the Karve Nagar Road. This area is always busy because we are near the Big Bazar and the Shards Niketan Hostel. Because of the hostel, we get a lot of younger guys and students coming in for a haircut. It keeps the energy in the shop pretty high. Karve Nagar-Hingne Budrukh is a lively part of Pune, and being in the 411052 area means there is never a dull moment. The shop is small, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into Shop 54. I spend most of my time behind the chair, listening to the students talk about their exams or their plans for the weekend. It’s a simple life, honestly. We don't have any of those expensive treatments you see in the big malls. We just do the basic stuff that people need. The floor is usually covered in hair by the afternoon, and I’m constantly sweeping it up. Sometimes it gets really hot in here during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. People know us as the local spot near the hostel where you can get a quick trim without spending too much money. We’ve been here long enough that the regulars don't even have to tell us how they want their hair cut anymore, we just know.
