Our hospital is tucked away in Wagholi. It’s a growing area, but we’ve been here since before some of the newer buildings went up. Sai Hospital isn't a massive complex; it's just a decent-sized building where we do our daily work. We have a small parking area in the front that fills up pretty quickly in the morning. Inside, the hallway is long and narrow, leading to the various wards and the doctor’s office. The staff here in Wagholi are just regular folks. Some of them have been with us for over ten years. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The equipment is older but we take good care of it. Patients come in from all over the Wagholi area, often bringing their families along. The waiting room can get a bit loud with children, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep a supply of magazines, though they’re usually a few months old. It's a place where people know the names of the nurses. We don't use much fancy language when talking to patients. We just tell them what’s going on and what they need to do. The back of the building faces a bit of open ground, which is a nice change from the busy front entrance. It’s a straightforward place to work and a straightforward place to come for help. We just keep the doors open and do our jobs every day, making sure everyone who walks in gets seen eventually. It is just how things go here in this hospital.
