We are located in Kothrud, right by the New Secretariate area. It is a busy part of town, so finding a place to park is usually a bit of a headache for everyone. Our office is not very big, just a couple of rooms with some old wooden desks and a lot of paper files stacked up. We have been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors know us as the quiet guys who are always on the phone or typing away. The building itself is older, with those narrow stairs that make you a bit tired by the time you reach us. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. Mostly, we just focus on the orders coming in and making sure the deliveries get sent to the right places. The tea stall downstairs is where we spend our breaks, talking about the weather or the traffic on the main road. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just sit there waiting for the screen to load, which gives us a chance to actually talk to each other. It’s a very normal way to spend a workday. We don’t try to act like we are some big corporation. It is just a handful of us doing our jobs in a small corner of Kothrud. We like the routine and the fact that we know all the local delivery drivers by their first names. It's just us doing our bit every day.
