Om Plastic Industries

We are located over at Plot Number 338 in the J-Block of M.I.D.C. Bhosari. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of noise and trucks moving around near Rahatani and Kalewadi. Om Plastic Industries is where we spend our days dealing with molds and pellets. It’s not a clean job; there’s usually a bit of a plastic smell in the air and the machines are quite loud. We started this because we knew there was a demand for basic plastic parts in the local markets. We don’t have a fancy corporate office with air conditioning. Our office is just a small desk in the corner of the factory floor where we keep the ledgers. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around for it to come back so we can finish a run. It can be frustrating, but that’s just how it goes in Bhosari. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for a long time. We don't talk much about visions; we just focus on making sure the batches come out the right shape and don't have too many defects. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We mostly deal with other businesses who need components, so we don't get many random visitors. It’s a straightforward operation, and we've been here since the early days of this block.
