Bk Plastocrats

Our shop is number 5, located within the Chandrasakha Warehouse at Survey Number 1. We’re right near the Mumbai-Bangalore Bypass in the Ambegaon Budruk area of Tal Haveli. Being so close to the bypass means we see a lot of heavy traffic and big trucks moving past all day. The warehouse is a big space, and we use our section for storing and moving our plastic products. Bk Plastocrats has been here for a while. It’s a dusty place because of all the vehicles and the nature of the warehouse, so we’re always cleaning off the desks. We have a small corner blocked off for the administrative work, but most of the action happens on the main floor where the stock is. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading bags and crates. It’s physical work, and by the end of the day, everyone is usually pretty tired. We have a small area where we keep a stove for making tea. It’s the spot where we all gather in the morning to plan out what needs to be moved. The neighbors in the other warehouse units are friendly enough, and we help each other out with tools or moving things when needed. It’s an industrial life, but it suits us. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just a calendar and some old photos on the wall. We just focus on keeping the inventory straight and getting the orders out on time for the trucks.
