Balaji Enterprises

We are located at Gat No. 686 in Jadhavwadi, which is part of Chikhali in Pune. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't already from the area, but it’s where we do our work. Balaji Enterprises is a small business. We don't have a lot of employees, just a few of us who have been working together for quite a few years now. Our workspace is usually filled with whatever materials we’re using at the time. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We don't use any complicated computer systems to track things; we just remember it all. We show up, drink some tea, and start the day's tasks. It’s mostly manual labor and using basic machinery to get things done. We don't talk much while we work, as everyone just knows what they need to do. The area is full of other small shops, so there’s always the sound of hammers or engines in the background. We don't have a big office with comfortable chairs for visitors. If someone comes by to see us, we just talk to them outside or by the main door. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We’re just local people running a small enterprise and trying to make a living. It’s nothing special, but it’s our work and we take it seriously in our own way.
