S P Anand is situated in the Anand Complex at 1 Shivaji Nagar, which is very close to the J M Temple. Being near the temple means there are always people walking by and a bit of a spiritual vibe in the air, especially in the mornings. Our office is part of a larger complex that houses all sorts of different businesses. We have a small room where we handle our daily tasks, mostly involving local trade and services. It’s a busy part of Shivaji Nagar, so finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. Inside, it’s just a basic setup with some old wooden furniture and a few filing cabinets. We aren't a big corporation; it’s more of a family-style operation where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We spend our time talking to visitors, handling local paperwork, and making sure our corner of the complex stays in order. The building is older, so it has that specific smell of old concrete and dust. We like being in this part of town because everything is accessible and you can get a good meal just around the corner. It’s not a high-tech environment. We rely on old-fashioned ways of doing things, like writing stuff down in ledgers and meeting people face-to-face. It’s just how we’ve always operated here in Shivaji Nagar, and it seems to work out fine for us and the folks who visit.
