Pingle Associates

Our office is located at 104 Karve Road on the first floor of the Swarooop Complex. It is easy to spot because we are directly opposite Kalmadi House. Karve Road is always full of energy and cars, so it is a lively place to be every day. At Pingle Associates, we spend our time working through various projects and handling client files. The office space is comfortable enough, though it can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of documents piled up. We have got some old chairs and a few computers that have seen better days, but they still work fine for what we need. It is a no-nonsense kind of environment. We usually arrive early to beat the worst of the traffic and stay until the work is sorted out. Sometimes we grab a quick bite from the stalls nearby if we are too busy to take a proper lunch break. Being on the first floor is nice because we can see the street below without it being too loud inside. People know us in this building, and we have made some good friends with the other shop owners nearby. We do not go in for big advertisements or anything like that. We just rely on doing our job and letting the word spread naturally around Karve Road. It is a simple way to run things, and it has worked for us so far without any complaints.
