Bhagat Jitendra Ganpat

I’m located over in Bibwewadi at the Jain Building. My space is in 20/21, and it’s where I spend most of my working hours. Bhagat Jitendra Ganpat is the name on the door, but most people just call me Jitendra. Bibwewadi is a good area with a lot of families and local shops, so it feels very grounded. The Jain Building is a well-known spot around here, so I don't usually have to give people too many directions. My setup is pretty basic because I don't think you need a fancy office to do good work. It’s just a place to keep my files and meet with people when they need to talk. I’m not big on using marketing terms or trying to sound like a giant corporation. I’m just one person doing my job in the community. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy with people coming and going, but I don't mind it. It’s part of being in a lively neighborhood. I’ve been here for a bit and I plan to stay. I handle things as they come and try not to overcomplicate the process. If someone needs my help, they know where to find me. I don't have a big team, just myself making sure things are done correctly. It’s honest, simple work and that’s what I prefer. Being in the 20/21 block of the Jain Building has worked out well for me so far, and I like the familiar faces nearby.
