We are located at 51/399 in Maharshi Nagar. Pune is our base, and this specific neighborhood has been where we’ve done our work for years. It’s a busy residential and commercial mix. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular door in a crowded street. Inside, it’s all about the technical side of consulting. We have shelves full of old files and manuals that we still use. The team is just a few dedicated people who know their stuff. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We just talk to people plainly about their projects. The traffic on the road outside can be pretty loud during the day, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some biscuits. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. People come in with questions about their designs and we sit down and look at them together. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We like the fact that we’re right here in the city where we can get to our clients easily. There’s no corporate ladder here. Everyone just chips in and does what needs to be done to keep things moving along. Sometimes the rain makes the roof leak a little, so we have to move the desks around. We’ve been meaning to fix it for months but keep getting distracted by the work. It’s a humble place, but it’s where we get things done.
