S M Valuers & Engineers

Our office is in Kasaba Peth, which is one of the oldest parts of Pune. If you have ever been to Guruprasad Appt, you know the stairs can be a bit of a climb since we are up on the third floor in Flat No. 203. S M Valuers & Engineers is basically just a place where we sit and look at numbers and technical stuff all day. The streets outside are always busy with people and scooters, but inside it is mostly just us and our calculators. Being engineers and valuers means we spend a lot of time writing reports and checking property details. It is not very exciting to look at, but it is what we do. Pune is growing fast, and there is always some work to be done with all the new buildings popping up everywhere. We have a lot of files stacked up, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what we need. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. It is just a regular office where we do our job. Sometimes we take a break and go downstairs for a quick snack or tea from the local shops. The weather in Pune is usually okay, but the afternoons get a bit warm in the office. We just keep our heads down and finish the paperwork.
