S. M. Auto Engineering Pvt. Ltd is located up in Dhankawadi, Pune. Specifically, we are at Plot No. 11 A in the Hill Top House Society. Being on a hill means the air is a bit better, but the drive up can be a bit much sometimes. We’ve been involved in engineering work for a good while now. It’s messy work sometimes, with grease and metal and loud machines, but it’s what we know. Our shop isn't a showroom. It’s a place where things get built and fixed. We have a few guys who have been with us since the beginning, and they know the machines better than anyone. Pune has always been a hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or sales pitches. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else. We try to be honest about how long a job will take, even if it’s not what people want to hear. Sometimes parts are late or a machine breaks down, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't a giant factory, just a solid local engineering firm. We take our work seriously, but we don't act like we are better than anyone else. It's just a job, and we try to do it right.
