Ruby Hall Clinic

Our place is at 5/39 Agarkar Nagar, right across from the Residency Club and very close to Alankar Theatre. It’s a pretty lively area to be in. On days when there’s a big movie release, the whole street feels different, and we can hear the crowds and the traffic from our windows. Being opposite the Residency Club means we get a lot of landmarks to give people when they are trying to find us for the first time. The building we are in is quite functional. We don’t have fancy art on the walls or anything like that. Instead, we have rows of chairs and desks and medical equipment that we use every day. The staff here are a hardworking bunch. You’ll often see them grabbing a quick snack at the corner shop before their shift starts. We have a lot of walk-in patients from the Agarkar Nagar neighborhood who have been coming to us for a long time. It’s not always perfectly organized—sometimes the files pile up on the desks or the phone rings for a bit too long when we are busy—but we do our best to catch up. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with marketing talk. We just want to make sure that when someone walks in with a health problem, they leave feeling a bit better. The halls can be a bit narrow and the lighting isn't the brightest, but the people working here really care about the work we do.
