Rs Agrotech

Our office is tucked away in D 3 Shanti Kunj, right opposite the G P O by Pune Station. It is a very busy part of town with all the trains coming and going, so there is always noise outside. Rs Agrotech has been operating from this little corner for a good while. The building is older, but it works for us. We spend a lot of our time dealing with stuff for farmers and people in the agricultural trade. It is not glamorous work. There are files everywhere and the phones ring more than they probably should. Most of us here grew up around Pune or the nearby villages, so we understand the ground reality of things. We do not use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy presentations. We just sit at our desks, talk to the vendors, and make sure the supplies are moving. The walk from the station is short, which is handy for people visiting us. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. It is a practical life. We focus on the seeds, the equipment, and the people who use them. It feels like a small family here even if we are just coworkers. We do our bit every day and then head home like everyone else. The day starts early and ends when the work is finished.
