Rootsplus Consulting is located in Kalyani Nagar at the Marigold Premises. Our office is specifically at Flat no. 204 in Redwood Tower. It’s a nice, established part of Pune, and we’ve been here for a while now. We do consulting, which means we spend most of our time talking to people and looking over business plans. It’s a small office, not one of those huge corporate floors. We’ve got a comfortable setup that feels more personal. We don’t really go in for the whole polished, professional image. We just talk like regular people and try to be as helpful as we can. Kalyani Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something to do when we step out for a break. Most of our work is done on computers, but we still have plenty of folders and notebooks lying around. We don’t have any marketing slogans or fancy mission statements. We just show up, do the consulting work, and try to make sense of whatever problems come our way. It’s a lot of coordination and thinking through things carefully. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we usually try to keep a normal schedule. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. If you’re ever in Redwood Tower, you’ll find us there, just working away in our quiet corner with a cup of tea.
