We have been located at Shanta Durgha Socity in Erandwane for quite a while now. Karve Road is always a busy stretch, and we see the traffic moving all day from our windows. Rollix Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a group of us who know a lot about machines and tools. It can get pretty dusty and noisy in the workshop, but that is just part of the job. There is a small tea shop around the corner where we usually take our mid-morning breaks. It's a very regular setup here. We do not have any fancy furniture or a big reception area. Mostly, we just fix things and help people find the parts they need. Every morning starts with opening the shutters and checking the list of what needs to be done. Sometimes the deliveries are late because the Karve Road traffic is just too much. We do our best to keep things moving along regardless. The guys in the shop know their way around the lathes and grinders. We have been working together for so long that we don't even need to say much to get the work done. If you happen to walk past our part of the society, you will probably hear the clanking of metal. It is just a small team of real people here. We often lose track of where we put a specific wrench, but we always find it eventually.
