Rohini Beauty Parlour

You can find Rohini Beauty Parlour right on the first floor in Sadashiv Peth. Most people know the landmark easily because we are situated right above the Chitale Bandhu shop at Shanipar Chowk. It gets quite crowded around here, especially during the festive seasons, but it’s a great spot to be in the heart of Pune. We’ve been doing hair and basic beauty stuff for the local ladies for quite some time now. It’s a simple place, nothing too grand, but we keep it clean and welcoming for everyone who walks up those stairs. Sometimes the noise from the chowk comes in, but once you’re settled in the chair, it’s fine. We do threading, waxing, and the usual haircuts that people ask for. Many of our regulars have been coming to us since they were young, and now they bring their own daughters along. It feels good to see familiar faces every week. We don’t have a big fancy website or anything like that. People mostly find out about us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign when they go to buy sweets downstairs. The afternoons are usually a bit quieter, which is nice if you want to chat while getting your eyebrows done. We just do our work and try to make sure everyone leaves feeling a bit better than when they walked in. It's just a regular local parlour for the neighborhood women.
