Rishikesh Shipping Logistics Pvt Ltd is based out of Erandwane on Car Street. We occupy Unit No 47 and 48 inside Sankul Row House No 24. It is a busy little corner of the world, especially when the morning traffic starts picking up outside. Our space isn't much to look at from the outside, just a standard row house setup that we have turned into our main office. Inside, there are desks covered in folders and a couple of old fans that hum all day long. We spend most of our time here coordinating shipments and talking to people on the phone. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the tea lady is late, but we manage to keep things moving. The street noise can be quite something, with horns honking and people shouting, but after a while, you just stop noticing it. We have been in this part of Pune for a good while, so we know the local shops and the shortcuts around the neighborhood. It’s a practical place to work from. There is no fancy lobby or anything like that here. If you come by, you’ll likely see someone sorting through papers or checking a schedule on a big whiteboard. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the containers where they need to go without too much fuss.
