We are located in the D-1 Block of MIDC Chinchwad, right in the heart of Pune’s industrial zone. Repute Engineers Pvt Ltd occupies plots 21 to 23. It’s a pretty large space because we need the room for all the engineering work we do. Chinchwad is always busy with the sound of manufacturing, and our place is no different. The shop floor is where most of the action is, with guys working on different components and checking drawings. It can get pretty loud when the heavy equipment is running, and the Pune heat doesn’t make it any easier during the afternoons. We have a small office area attached to the main building where the administrative stuff happens. It’s fairly basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files stacked up. We’ve been at this location for a while, so the walls have that worn-in look. There’s always a bit of a rush in the mornings when the shift starts and the tea stall nearby gets busy. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or glossy brochures lying around. Most of our day is just spent making sure the projects are moving along as they should. It’s a practical environment where people focus on their tasks and try to get home before the evening traffic gets too bad. It is a long walk from one end of the plot to the other, but it keeps us on our feet throughout the day.
