Our place is tucked away in Flat No. 2 at Jay Ram Park. It’s right near Sai Chouk in Navi Sangvi. It’s more of a home-style office than a big corporate building. We’ve got Dilip P Sant’s name on the door. Working out of a flat means it’s pretty quiet, which helps when you’re staring at tiny components all day. We spend most of our hours troubleshooting and trying to make sense of broken hardware. The balcony gets some nice sun in the afternoon, which is when we usually take a quick break. Navi Sangvi has changed a lot lately, but this little corner stays mostly the same. We don’t have a big showroom. It’s just shelves filled with parts and a few workbenches that have seen better days. Sometimes we run out of a specific fuse or resistor and have to head out to the market. It’s a small operation. We know the neighbors, and they know what we do. If the doorbell rings, it’s usually someone with a device that stopped working suddenly. We take a look, see what can be done, and get to work. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We like the pace here. It feels real. No suits or fancy talk, just electronics and trying to get things running again for the people who stop by.
