We have been at Shop 18 in the Sonigara Classic building for a while now. It is right in Akurdi. People come in when their screens break or when the keyboard stops working. Usually, it's just someone who spilled coffee or dropped their bag too hard. We sit here at the workbench most of the day with tiny screwdrivers and parts scattered around. It gets dusty sometimes but that is part of the job. Most folks around here know where we are. We don't have a big fancy office, just the shop space. If a fan is making noise or the battery won't charge, that is what we deal with. Sometimes we can fix it quickly, other times we have to wait for a part to arrive in the mail. We try to keep things simple. No one likes being without their computer for long, so we understand the rush. We just focus on the hardware mostly. It is a small place but it works for what we do. You see the same faces coming by the apartments. We have seen all kinds of laptops over the years, from the old bulky ones to the newer thin ones that are hard to open up. It is honest work. We just keep the tools ready. Nothing much else to say about it really. We are just here doing the repairs every day. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the shop door.
