If you walk down towards the Corporation Hospital in Balajinagar, you’ll find us at Sr. No. 23/10. Shivam Enterprises Balajinagar is based in Building Number 1014. It’s a very local spot in Dhankwadi. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the hospital get busier every year. Our office is just a simple room where we handle everything. There’s no big sign or anything flashy, just the work we do. We mostly deal with people from the neighborhood and some who travel from other parts of Pune. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets, just what we need to get the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the street traffic and people heading to the hospital, but we don't mind it. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We spend our days answering the phone and checking our stock. It’s a family-style business where everyone knows each other’s names. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. It’s just an honest business that we’ve built up over the years. We’re glad to be part of the community here and we just take things one day at a time without much fuss. There is always something to do and we just get on with it together.
