Renesmee Consultancy Private Limited is based out of the Kharadi area in Pune. Specifically, we’re located in Gera's Song of Joy Society, Unit No A3-G02. It’s a ground-floor unit, which makes it easy to get in and out of. Kharadi has grown so much lately, but our society feels a bit more tucked away from the main noise. We do a variety of consulting work from this office. It’s a modern building, but we keep our actual office space pretty functional. There aren't many decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to work. We spend our days on calls, drafting documents, and meeting with clients. Since we’re on the ground floor, we see people walking by to the park or the gate all day. It’s a nice vibe for a workplace. We don’t try to sound like a giant multinational company because we aren’t one. We’re just a small group of people who know our business well. We focus on being practical. When a problem comes up, we sit down in the office and try to solve it. No big meetings that last for hours for no reason. Just regular, everyday work. Being part of the Song of Joy community is great because it feels safe and well-kept. That helps us stay focused on the tasks we have for the week.
