Refactorq Consulting Llp is located in Bhekrai Nagar, at Aishwarya Green. We're up on the eighth floor in Flat A1 805. It’s a residential area, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main city center. We do consulting work, mostly focusing on fixing things that aren't working right in small businesses. We chose the name Refactorq because it’s about improving what’s already there. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us here. We sit in our office at Sno 171 1 and work through projects one by one. Sometimes we’re here late, but that’s the nature of the job. Bhekrai Nagar is a bit out of the way for some, but we like it that way. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a coffee machine that makes ten different kinds of lattes. We just have a kettle and some desks. Most of our clients talk to us online or over the phone anyway. When people do come over, they see we’re just regular folks working hard. We try to keep our advice practical and grounded. We don’t like overcomplicating things. If a process in a business is broken, we look for a way to fix it. That's really all there is to it. We just keep doing our thing from our little corner in Pune. We enjoy the work we do here and the people we help.
