We are based out of Flat C1-705 here in Pune, with the 411041 zip code. The business is called Redd Consulting LLP. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have going. We aren’t in some huge glass building; it’s just a regular office space where we can concentrate on the consulting projects we have on hand. Most of our day is spent looking through data or talking to people about their business needs. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do and we take it seriously enough. The team is small, which means we all have to do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to fixing the Wi-Fi when it drops. Sometimes we have meetings in the living area of the office, and other times we’re just hunkered down at our laptops. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we’ve learned that being honest and practical is the best way to run things. There’s no point in making things sound more complicated than they actually are.
