Ravi Potdar

Ravi Potdar is located in the C Building of Vrindavan Society, over in the Mahatma area of Kothrud. Pune is a great city, and Kothrud has its own quiet charm compared to the center. We have a small office space here that we’ve used for a good while. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a room where we can sit and focus. The society is peaceful, which helps when we have a lot of work to get through. We aren't a huge team. It’s just a couple of us handling the daily operations. We don't use any fancy management tools; we just write things down and make sure they get done. The C building is easy enough to find once you get inside the gate. We spend a lot of time drinking coffee and looking at the trees outside while we work. It’s a very normal, low-key setup. We don't have any big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by just knowing the address. We aren't trying to scale up or become a household name. We just enjoy the work and the quiet life in Kothrud. It’s a decent place to be, and we plan on staying here for a long time. The building gets some nice sunlight in the afternoons, which is the best time of the day for us. We don't have a dress code or any formal rules.
