Ravi Placements

We are Ravi Placements, and our office is located at Pimpri, Office No 4, 1st Floor, Sukhwani Chamber, on Pimpri Station Road. It’s a busy area because of the station nearby, so there are always people moving around outside. Our office is just a simple room with a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while they talk to us. We help people find work, which is a lot more complicated than it sounds. There are always stacks of resumes to go through and phone calls to make. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It is just us trying to match people with the right spots. Sometimes it works out quickly, and other times it takes a lot of effort. We don't promise anyone a dream job or use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at what skills someone has and see who might need them. The office gets a bit noisy when the trains go by, but you get used to it. We spend a lot of time talking to local business owners around Pimpri to see who is hiring. It’s a lot of legwork. We don't have a high-tech system, just some computers and a lot of notebooks where we keep track of everything. It’s a basic way to run a business, but it keeps us grounded and focused on the people who come in.
