We run 360 Degrees Hr Consulting Services out of Sanjay Park in Yerwada. This is our home base in Pune. It’s a local office where we handle HR stuff for different people and businesses. We aren't one of those massive consulting firms with skyscrapers. Our office is just a regular room with some desks and files. We’ve been here in Yerwada for a bit now and we like the vibe of the area. It’s busy but not too crazy. We mostly spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people about jobs. It’s straightforward work. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk. We just try to help people find where they fit. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tea, but we manage. We aren't trying to sound like some big global brand. We are just a local team doing our best to get the paperwork right and the people placed where they need to be. If you're walking around Sanjay Park, you might see us. We don't have a huge sign, but we are there. It’s just us, working away on the daily HR tasks that need doing. It’s practical, local work and we’re happy with that. We have been here since the start and don't plan on moving anywhere else as long as the neighbors are this friendly.
