Running 4 Constro Enterprises out of Dhayari has been an interesting journey. We are located near Cg Road Gulbai Tekra 12, which is a spot that sees a lot of movement. Construction is a messy business, so our office often has a bit of dust on the windows and stacks of site plans leaning against the walls. We don't try to hide that because it’s just the reality of the work we do. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on how things are moving along at different sites. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties; you’re more likely to see us in sturdy boots and practical clothes. The neighborhood here is a mix of old and new, and we’ve seen a lot of changes over the years. We just try to keep up with the demand and make sure our projects are moving forward as they should. Sometimes things get delayed or a truck doesn't show up on time, and we just have to deal with it and find a way around the problem. That’s just how it is in this industry. We’ve got a small crew that knows the ropes, and we mostly just focus on getting the next load of materials in and keeping the workers busy. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do.
